Can I bring a guest?
You're welcome to bring one adult guest. They must be 21 or older, bring their photo ID, and enter the party at the same time you do.

 
Can I attend another office holiday party other than where I’m based?
Oath employees are only permitted to attend one holiday party. If you're visiting another office during their holiday party, please email holidayevents@oath.com with your name, home office, and office location you’d like to attend to request an invitation. Please note that employees not based in that office location are not permitted to bring a guest.

Can I bring my kids?
This is a party for grown ups. Take a night away from the kids and find a sitter!

Will there be transportation provided from the office to the venue?
Transportation will not be provided. We encourage you to take a Lyft, Uber, or taxi as transportation, or to carpool with your peers at your own expense.

Will parking be provided at the venue?
Parking will be available at Smashbox Studios. We encourage you to take a Lyft, Uber, or taxi as transportation, or to carpool with your peers at your own expense. 

Is there a dress code?
We suggest festive attire suited for dancing and selfies.

Do we have to pay to attend?
There are no fees for employees or guests to attend the event. All food and beverages provided are complimentary.

I have dietary restrictions – how should I note this information ahead of time?
There will be vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options available. We took a variety of dietary restrictions into account when building out the menu so there will be plenty of food options to choose from! 

Will there be alcohol served?
Yes, we will have an open bar. Employees and guests must be 21+ years of age to attend and must have their ID on hand to order alcoholic beverages. 

In the past, the parties have been on a weekend. What is the reason for the change to weekday?
We want to host the celebration on a day and time that is most convenient for employees to attend.

Why do I get an error message when I register?

Please make sure to use your corporate email  when registering. Only full-time employees are able to register for this event. Employees can only register once. If you need to make any changes to your registration, please email holidayevents@oath.com with your office location and requested change.

 Where can I find the photos from the event after?
Photos will be available on your office’s local Slack channel, #PlayaVista, along with details for upcoming events.
